  • I offer individual therapy to adults ages 18+. All sessions are virtual at this time.

    I am licensed in NY, NJ, and CT, meaning that if you reside in one of these states, I can provide services.

  • While empathy is a huge part of my job, I will also meet you with a no-nonsense approach, humor, and I try to keep it real. Life is hard, being a human is hard, and it can all feel a bit absurd at times. Let’s call it out.

  • I am in network with most major insurances including Aetna, BCBS, and Optum.

  • If you don’t have insurance, my rate is $200/session. I also offer a few sliding scale appointments based on need, no questions asked.

  • Sessions range from 45min to 60min, depending on the needs of the client.

    It is recommended to begin weekly sessions to build rapport and work toward treatment goals. Many clients move to biweekly or weekly once improvement is made.
